1. Services

AI Pandits provides AI SEO, Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), and related digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement will be agreed upon in a separate service agreement or proposal.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of AI Pandits and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content, strategies, reports, and deliverables produced for clients remain the intellectual property of AI Pandits until full payment has been received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as outlined in the service agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access to required accounts and assets, and prompt feedback. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and deliverables. AI Pandits is not liable for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

4. Results & Guarantees

AI SEO and AI visibility outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control, including algorithm changes by AI engines, competitive dynamics, and the quality of the client’s product or service. We do not guarantee specific rankings, citation rates, or revenue outcomes. We commit to applying industry best practices and our full expertise to every engagement.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, strategies, or data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver our services (e.g., sharing data with authorised sub-contractors under NDA).

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each service agreement. Late payments may result in a pause of services. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Pandits’ liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the month the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for work completed become immediately payable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
